I called 3 days in a row and was on hold. The 4th day I was actually able to speak with someone.
The next time I called they said they would ship me what I needed and I would get it in 7-10 business day. On day 7 I called to double check it was being sent. They told me it was being shipped today. I asked what the delay was and they said they had to clear it with my insurance. It should have been fine. I told them I ran out today. I can't call them any earlier cus it won't go through insurance but if I call like I should then I run out. Also,they can't send me a tracking number.
Neighborhood diabetes was ok. When they merged and became Liberty Medical they are not good.
I called dexcom and my insurance to ask if I could get another supplier and unfortunately my insurance does not cover it. They said they would report it but who knows....
