10 years ago Liberty Medical had a great customer service. Since then, the quality has been steadily going down.

They have cut on the call center hours, to a point where any regular working person cannot reach them. They used to have hours until 8 p.m. M-F and 8-3 on Saturdays. Now they have eliminated the Saturday hours for insulin pump supplies department.

The M-F hours were cut to 7pm, then to 6pm, and now to 5pm. By the time I get out of work they are closed. The online reorder service is a fake.

I have left refill orders multiple times, and they never fill them or get back to me as they promise. I am looking for a reliable supplier.
